Online Introduction to Zen Workshop: Sunday, June 5, 1:00 pm

During this time when we are mainly practicing online, we are offering a one-hour Introduction to Zen Workshop the first Sunday of every month, from 1 – 2pm. This class will give you basic information about how to practice meditation, with particular attention to the body, breath and mind. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions and try different techniques.  All kinds of body types and physical conditions can access this ancient tradition of meditation. Working with one of our teachers, we help to make it as comfortable and practical as possible.

Please register for the next available workshop. Dana (donation) is welcome, though it is not required.
